Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Projected Cashflow ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
Projected Cashflow is a financial visualization tool that connects to your Lunch Money account to provide cash flow projections based on your recurring transactions and account balances. The Service helps you visualize your future financial position through interactive charts and analytics.
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must keep your contact information up to date
- You must not share your account credentials with others
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
- Personal financial planning and cash flow analysis
- Viewing and analyzing your own financial data
- Generating reports for your personal use
Prohibited Uses
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
- Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
- Attempting to reverse engineer or extract our proprietary algorithms
- Using automated tools to access the Service without permission
- Sharing your API keys or account access with third parties
Subscription and Billing
Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. The trial automatically expires after 7 days unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Paid Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Data and Privacy
Your Data
- You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service
- You grant us a limited license to use your data to provide the Service
- We will not access your Lunch Money account beyond what is necessary for the Service
- You can export your data and delete your account at any time
API Keys
- Your Lunch Money API keys are encrypted and stored securely
- We use your API keys solely to fetch data necessary for cash flow projections
- You can revoke API key access at any time through your account settings
- We recommend regularly rotating your API keys for security
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Third-party service outages (including Lunch Money API)
- Force majeure events beyond our control
- Security incidents requiring immediate action
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Projected Cashflow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service is not intended to provide financial advice. All projections and analyses are for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified financial professionals before making any financial decisions.
Accuracy of Projections
Cash flow projections are estimates based on historical data and may not accurately predict future financial outcomes. Actual results may vary significantly from projections due to various factors including market conditions, changes in income, unexpected expenses, and other variables.
Service Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Projected Cashflow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
